An engineer by trade with a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering, Tim began his engineering career in a R&D role at Creare Engineering Research & Development. In 2004 Tim met Affinio CTO and Co-Founder, Stephen Hankinson, at the Innovation in Design Lab at Dalhousie University. Emily Washcovick is a Manager of Local Business Outreach at Yelp. She hosts informational sessions with local business owners across North America to educate them on best practices for navigating the world of online reviews. She works with local business owners interested in utilizing Yelp to help grow their business. She also hosts a series of webinars on subjects relevant to business owners and regularly contributes content to Yelp’s “Blog for Business Owners.” Emily also acts as a liaison between the small business community and the different divisions within Yelp.

As Director of CRM for EMEA for Symantec, Matt is responsible for the online experience and subscription relationship with Norton Customers which drives the $300m+ EMEA Retention Business. Kerry Barden is a native of Atlanta. He majored in theatre at the University of Georgia and has cast over 200 films, including, most notably Boys Don’t Cry, American Psycho, The House of Mirth, Bad Boys 2, Pineapple Express and four films for director John Waters. As a producer, his credits include the award-winning Conversations with Other Women, starring Aaron Eckhart and Helena Bonham Carter.

Previously, Johnson was the chief marketing officer of Kofax, which was acquired by Lexmark for $1 billion in May, 2015. Prior to Kofax, he was CMO for SDL, a leading provider of customer experience software, and previously, he served as CMO of Pegasystems, Inc., a leading provider of business process and customer relationship management software. During his tenure at Pegasystems, the company’s revenues more than doubled. Johnson was also a vice president of marketing at Guidance Software, Inc., a leading provider of eDiscovery and endpoint security solutions, and FileNet Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise content and business process management software.
